Other than being very effective in getting buyers and tenants, what sets Nicole apart from other property agents is her meticulousness and thoroughness in the legal and sales administration aspects of a deal. When we decided to sell out flat, an important consideration was the agent's knowledge of our project as this will enable the agent to better articulate the plus points.
